Our family bottling unit is unique in the Viannos municipality and is located in the coastal built up area of Kapsali, Ano Viannos. It is the first time the olive oil “Viannos Heraklion Crete P.D.O” is brought to the market.


The process of olive pressing takes place in a modern mill in the area certified for oil “Viannos Heraklion Crete P.D.O” and the temperature of extraction does not exceed 25° C.

The olive oil is being transported to our bottling unit in stainless tanks and stored in temperature-controlled tanks in a constant temperature of 25° C.

PRODUCTION02The standardization is done in dark glass bottles and white iron tins containers so that it is not exposed to light which downgrades its quality.
